Apple updated its Developer System Status page to show multiple outages, reflecting developers’ struggle to upload new versions of their apps.

developer contacted MacRumors to report frustration as their binaries currently cannot be uploaded without meaningful error codes.

Apple’s system status page shows issues with Xcode Cloud, TestFlight, and App Store Connect, with the latter having issues with app processing and app upload.

It’s not clear what is causing the issue, but Apple is aware of the situation and is already working on a fix. We will update this article once the issues are resolved.
