The Sun reports that the woman was chatting to Stephen’s husband Daniel, 47, while her legs were dangling in the pool as he was pushed into the water fully clothed.
As everyone roared with laughter, Stephen reportedly “screamed and screamed” at the woman before grabbing her and dragging her into the water, the lady wriggling in the water.
A source told the publication: “She was chatting to Daniel with her legs in the pool as Stephen was being pushed in. She started laughing like everyone else, which seemed to annoy Stephen.’

They added that for “some reason” Stephen was “angry” at the lady and “yelled at her” before coming over and “pulling her into the pool”.
Stephen regretted his actions and later apologized for his prank. He told the publication that he believed his actions were “all part of the fun.”
He said; “I am very sorry if she felt upset or hurt by my actions. That was never my intention. I was swimming and after toweling off and getting fully dressed, a friend pushed me back into the pool.
Apology: Amid the incident at Brighton Beach House, Stephen has revealed he “never intended” to hurt the woman, adding that he was “in a good mood” about the prank
“I took it in a very good mood and everyone was laughing and joking, when I saw his girlfriend sitting on the edge of the pool, she pulled her into the water with me by the waist. We had a really good time together and I felt like it was all part of the fun.”
MailOnline has reached out to Stephen’s representative for comment.
Stephen first appeared on Gogglebox in 2013 with former partner Chris Ashby-Steed, whose husband Tony recently claimed he was “bullied” by Stephen from the reality show.

Tony blew up production staff on the Channel 4 series in September, where he tweeted in a series of claims that Stephen’s behavior was being perpetuated by behind-the-scenes bosses.
After enjoying a run on the reality show between 2013 and 2018, Chris was quickly replaced by Stephen’s now-husband Daniel Lustig.
In September, Tony blasted Channel 4 series production staff in a series of tweets tagging Paige Deville, 24, after she recently claimed she had an awkward experience as a contributor too.
“Our hearts go out to you @Paige_deville. The studio stood by and watched Stephen bully my husband Chris off the show and did nothing to stop him,” he began.
“That helped him get his mum on the show behind Chris’ back without even telling him, and then a couple of weeks before filming, Stephen through [sic] one of his usual diva strops and refused to film with Chris and only filmed with his mother.

“You did NOTHING! Chris was devastated when they never contacted him once after he was coerced and I had to tend to Chris’s shattered mental health.
“Even a year later, with the story partially leaking, the Daily Mirror and BBC were too scared to come out with the full truth for fear of being sued.
“The studio put some sort of gag on him to keep the story from getting out. Terrible people, lots of them. You’re better off hun xxx,” he concluded.
A real couch potato since debuting in 2013, Chris was removed from the show and replaced by Stephen’s mother in 2018, which he admitted made him suicidal. He married Tony a year before the event.
