“Dear Take, the bread you left me is unbearable. My heart is broken and I have so much to say but I can’t find the words. I went to sleep and woke up hoping this was all just a dream, but it’s reality and reality feels like a nightmare.
“Every time you saw me you gave me a dab, you hugged me. I wish I could hug you one last time. Laugh one last time. Smoke one last time. Do one last time.
“I know someone with a soul like yours is in heaven right now. I hope you can see how much we love and miss you. You left a hole in my heart that will never be filled. Give me strength, give strength to your brothers, give strength to your family.
“Though I know you will always be with us, throw me a little sign or a nice dream. I love you forever, 4L and beyond.’

Drake delivered an emotional eulogy comparing himself and Migos to the Rat Pack, according to TMZ. Meanwhile, high-profile stars like Justin Bieber and Chloe Bailey provided musical performances in Takeoff’s memory.
Mourners gathered at State Farm Arena, including Offset’s wife, Cardi B, who hid her eyes behind giant sunglasses as she sat in the audience.
In a short social media clip of Drake’s eulogy, he hailed Takeoff as “forever balanced.” Whenever he took off his sunglasses, there was this thing about him that I loved – no matter what was going on around us, he was kind of always kind of squinty, but like his eyes were wide open.
Offset was brought to tears while delivering a speech commemorating his cousin, whom he credited with “changing music culture forever”.
Footage of the speech posted on TikTok showed Offset being repeatedly overcome with emotion to move on, only for the audience to applaud and encourage him.
He asked God to give him and his family “strength” and said, “I don’t want to question you, God, I just don’t – I don’t get it. I don’t understand you sometimes.’
